Shipping Confirmation 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email with your tracking information once your order is being prepared to package and ship out. All of our shipping is through USPS First Class and USPS Priority.

Custom Orders

Each custom order is made to order and it will take about 2-4 weeks.(due to the holidays) Please allow your order to to complete before your order is shipped out. If you place an order with a non custom item and a custom item all items will ship together once the custom order is completed.

We can have the right to cancel and refund any order that maybe deemed fraudulent or suspicious. Please ensure that your shipping address and billing address match upon placing your order. Once your order has been shipped Dripping Jewls is not and will not be responsible for lost ,stolen or packages that may be damaged in transit. If this occurs please contact USPS to file a claim.
